Skopje
Where the fire of the dragon meets the patience of the wok. A house of bold spice, delicate broth, and dishes carried to the table with quiet ceremony.

Every plate begins at the breath of the wok — wok hei, the elusive smoky soul that only a screaming flame and a practiced hand can summon. We cook fast, season with intent, and let each ingredient speak in its own voice.
From hand-folded gyoza to slow-built Kung Pao, our kitchen draws on generations of Chinese technique alongside the precision of the Japanese table. Nothing leaves the pass until it is worthy of the dragon's name.
Our StoryNothing waits under a lamp. Each dish is fired the moment it is called, so the sear is fresh and the herbs still bright.
Crisp vegetables, real soy, sesame pressed for aroma, and chilli with a purpose. Flavour built from the ground up, never from shortcuts.
Warm light, slow service, and a room that invites you to stay for one more pot of tea. Dining here is meant to be unhurried.
Our Kung Pao chicken arrives glossy with sweet-sour heat, scattered with peanuts and leek. The Taiwanese chicken layers three sauces into one quiet crescendo. And the Karaage bowl — Japanese fried chicken over rice — is the comfort our regulars return for.
Ask the kitchen what is best tonight; the answer changes with the market and the mood of the fire.

Reserve Your EveningA small kitchen in Skopje with a tall ambition — to cook Chinese and Japanese food the way it is meant to be eaten: fresh from the flame, generous, and unforgettable.

The dragon has always been a guardian of fortune and a symbol of strength. We took its name because that is the spirit we wanted in our kitchen — bold, generous, and a little fierce.
What began as a love of the wok grew into a restaurant where the rhythm of the flame sets the pace of the evening. Our cooks were trained in the discipline of Chinese fast-fire cooking and the calm precision of the Japanese table.
We are proud to call Skopje home, and prouder still to share these flavours with the people who walk through our doors.
Heat is our most important ingredient. A roaring wok gives our dishes their smoky breath — the quality the Cantonese call wok hei.
We season by taste, not by timer. A dish leaves the kitchen only when it would make us proud to serve it to our own family.
Hospitality is older than any recipe. You arrive as a guest and we hope you leave as a friend.
Whether it is six guests or sixty, we tailor menus, pacing and pours to the night you have in mind. Call us and we will make it happen.
